Thank you for purchasing our products

1. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, design, or packaging

  • Orders placed by mistake

All sales are considered final once the order is confirmed.


2. Damaged or Defective Products (Replacement Only)

We will provide a replacement (not a refund) only if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition, or

  • There are missing or defective components

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Provide your order ID and contact details

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


3. Non-Eligibility for Replacement

We do not offer replacements for:

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper handling or storage

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery


4. Shipping Issues

  • If your order is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate
