Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During launches, festive periods, sales, or high order volumes, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will keep you informed.


Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and local conditions.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

At present, international shipping is not available.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

Any free shipping offers or promotional shipping discounts will be clearly displayed on the website.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can follow your package’s journey.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected dispatch timeline, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.


Packaging & Care

Our products are packed with care to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the package,
  • and an unboxing video, if possible.

This helps us coordinate quickly with our courier partners and resolve the issue efficiently.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly while placing the order.

If a package is returned due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • or refusal to accept the order,

additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
